Who we are

This website is operated by Best Transfer Dubrovnik, a private transfer and day-trip service at Dobrota 24, 20215 Močići, Croatia. For any privacy question, message us on WhatsApp or call +385 91 396 3373.

What this site does not collect

There are no user accounts, no booking forms, and no card payments on this website. We never ask you to enter a credit-card number here, and we do not store passport or ID numbers on the site.

Booking messages

Bookings are made by WhatsApp or phone. When you write to us you typically send dates, a pickup address, flight number, group size, and anything else needed to quote a fixed price. We use that information only to confirm your journey, run the transfer, and reply to you. We keep booking notes for as long as we need them to provide the service and handle questions afterwards, then we delete them.

WhatsApp

WhatsApp is a service of Meta. Messages you send there are also processed under Meta’s own terms and privacy policy. We cannot control how Meta stores chat data. Read Meta’s policy at whatsapp.com/legal/privacy-policy.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads to understand how guests find the site and to measure whether our advertising works. These tools can set cookies and record page views, approximate location, device type, and clicks on WhatsApp or phone links.

Measurement is gated by Google Consent Mode v2. Until you accept, tags only send cookieless pings. If you accept, analytics and advertising storage are enabled. If you decline, we do not turn those cookies on.

Cookies and your choice

A cookie banner appears on your first visit. No advertising or analytics cookies are set unless you press Accept. Your choice is stored in your browser under the name btd-consent.

We do not ask again on every page. You can clear site data in your browser to see the banner again and choose differently.

Your rights

If you are in the EU or UK you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request on WhatsApp or by phone. We will handle it as promptly as we reasonably can. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP) or your local supervisory authority.

Law and updates

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. We may update it when our tools or booking process change. The date at the top of the page is the latest version.
